What is the difference between Oral-B Pro 600, Pro 600 Plus, and Pro 700 electric toothbrushes? 

Both Oral B Pro 600, Pro 600 plus and Pro 700 Oral B electric toothbrushes provide a clinically proven superior clean vs. a regular manual toothbrush.

As Oral-B have different packaging for different countries, some times the same product maybe market as a different model number. For example the same Pro600 in France or US, maybe marketed as Pro600 Plus in China
